Sapphire Cruises has the most complete group travel program in the industry. One of our experienced agents will walk you through every step of the process, taking care of all the details. Booking your group travel with Sapphire Cruises is a "no hassle" group vacation!
Our program includes:
- FREE AGENT CONSULTATION: During this consultation your agent will help you select a cruise or land-based vacation for your group that fits your destination, timeframe, and budget requirements. We work with all the major cruise lines, tour operators, and all-inclusive resorts, so there are plenty of choices to select from. We do not believe in pushing or rushing our clients into making a decision. Deciding on the perfect vacation is the most important decision you have to make during the process. Your agent will provide you with as much time and information as you need to make the best decision for your group.
- ONLINE MEETING OR HOME MEETING: You can select from either an online meeting with your group or a traditional at-home meeting (if we have an agent in your area). With our online meetings, each guest accesses one of our exclusive online meeting rooms from the comfort of their own home. Our online meeting rooms feature microphones, a written chat area (for those without microphones), and a web browser - so you can interact with your agent with voice, text chatting, and a shared internet browser. All guests can see the same web pages while your agent gives a brief presentation to your group. The presentation includes web pages showing the vacation you've selected (destinations, resort or hotel rooms, staterooms for cruises, deck plans, etc.) Our traditional home meetings are held in the home of the group leader. With traditional home meetings, guests will have the actual brochures to review. Either way, all you have to do is invite the guests. Your agent will do the rest, including taking reservations and payments.
- CLIENT-ONLY WEB SITE: Once your guests have decided to join you on the trip, they can register for our "Client-Only" web site. This site features a private group page listing all the upcoming deadlines and news about your group. We also offer a password-protected group message board, where everyone from your group can communicate privately regarding the details of the trip. (Don't worry if this sounds complicated. It's really simple to use and your agent will show you how to use all of these features.)
- GROUP LEADER INCENTIVE PROGRAM: We offer an incentive program that enables you to earn either a free vacation (less taxes and, for cruises, port charges) or a credit toward a portion of your vacation. Our programs differ by travel supplier, so be sure to discuss this with your agent. A complimentary cruise (less taxes and port charges) is earned with a qualifying number of cruise bookings into the group - usually as few as 8 staterooms (double occupancy). The more cruises your group sells, the more cruises you can earn. Tour operators and all-inclusive resorts have a variety of group leader incentive programs. Your agent will work with you to ensure you receive the best incentive available. We value the partnership we have with our group leaders and always compensate them with incentives that reflect our appreciation.
