Seven Seas Meeting Room Download Instructions |

Thank you for joining our online group meeting. In order to participate in the meeting, you're going to need to download our meeting room software. Unfortunately, at this time, our online meeting software only works for Windows. A version for Mac is in the works and will be available within the next few months.

Here's what's going to happen when you download the software:
- A download dialog box will appear. Depending upon which web browser you are using (Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, Internet Explorer), you will be able to select options to "Run", "Open", or "Save" the executable file to your hard drive.
- You will see the above box indicating that you are requesting to download a file. Click "Save" and save the file to your hard drive. Downloading the file to your desktop makes it easy to find it later.
- When the download is complete, click the "Close" button to close the download box.
- Go to your desktop (or wherever you saved the file) and click on the "Conference" icon.
- Another box will pop up that says "Welcome to Audio/Video Conference." Go to the bottom and put a check mark in the "I accept the terms of the license agreement" box. Then click "Install."
- You will then be able to log into the room. Enter your first and last name, make sure the name of the meeting room you've been invited to is in the "chat room" box, and click "ok." You do not want to login as a moderator.
- You will then be prompted to enter the password for the room. Make sure you have the password that came with your invitation. If you've lost it, call your group leader. Enter the password and click "okay."
- You should now be all set to go in the online meeting room!
When you come back to the room again for subsequent group meetings, just click on the icon that's on your desktop. When you do, you may get a window that looks like this:
Click "Run" and the meeting room will open. You will need to enter your name and click "okay" to enter the room.
